BerryLabs recognizes the importance of users' personal data when using our platform ("Platform", "Application", or "Web Application"). We have two websites that function to access and store your data:
berrylabs.io: The main landing page directing all users to the Company User.
app.berrylabs.io: The main platform where all users are directed to the Company User.
When data collection applies to both types of users, we will refer to the term "User."
1. Information We Collect and Purpose of Use
In accordance with data minimization principles and legitimate needs, we collect:
General Personal Data:
Full Name (for identification)
Email Address (for communication)
Phone Number (for verification and communication)
Gender (for demographic analysis)
Special Personal Data:
ID Card (for verification process)
Video and Audio Recordings
Webcam Snapshots and Screen Shares
Location (for verification process)
Each data collection has a legitimate legal basis and specific purpose in accordance with the purpose limitation principle of UU PDP.
Technical Information: We collect information sent by your browser, including IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone, operating system, and platform.

We store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can view and edit their personal information at any time. However, not all Candidate Users who access our application dashboard can delete their data because it is linked to assessment results conducted by Company Users. Personal Data, including ID Card, webcam snapshots, liveness verification recordings and video interview data, will be deleted within 30 (thirty) days to protect the privacy of Candidate Users. However, other assessment and analysis data will not be deleted.
5. Ownership of Information
All personal data related to the personal information that user submit, provide, upload, or give to us while using the Platform remains your property. All assessment or verification data as a results of Users verification process, fill out, submit, upload, or provide is the property of Company Users.
6. Confidentiality of Information
The personal data you store and provide to BerryLabs will be kept confidential. We will use your personal data with care and will not use your personal data for commercial purposes with any third party.
7. Your Rights
